CASE STUDY - COMPANY RESTRUCTURE AND FINANCIER WITHDRAWS SUPPORT (13/07/17)

Interface was approached by a company undertaking a business restructure which included the refinancing of working capital facilities. Unexpectedly, the financier withdrew their working capital facility with immediate effect and the company was faced with the prospect of being unable to pay wages in 3 days time.

 

Interface was able to provide an invoice discounting facility that enabled the financier to be repaid and wages to be paid on the due date.

 

Interface continues to work with the company while it completes the restructuring of the business and the Interface facility enables the company to pay staff and key suppliers on the due dates during this period.
