LINKEDIN HASHTAGS # - ANY VALUE FOR YOU? (21/11/18)

LinkedIn recently reactivated their hashtags # feature. Essentially a tag that allows people to group content about specific trending topics #MeToo, but also allows people to search for content under that hashtag. For example, if you are interested in factoring finance you could search #factoring, and LinkedIn will give you the search results for content under that hashtag.

This is valuable because it allows you to create and share content on topics that are trending, thereby increasing your exposure to a larger audience who have a specific interest in a topic. 

So the next time you create content, or just a post, use the #hashtag to make yourself more searchable by people, or potential customers, who share an interest in your subject, product or service.
