Interface recently assisted an East Coast forestry partnership who required working capital to commence harvesting their forest.

The partnership had managed to finance the forest development throughout the life span of the trees. However, at the commencement of the harvest they were presented with significant costs including the need to meet cutting and transportation costs and the need to improve their roading infrastructure to accommodate the logging trucks.

Interface was able to assist by financing their first six weeks of production. This in turn enabled them to meet all expenses on time, get them through a tight financial period and enabled them to get well positioned for their remaining harvest.
